French style chicken breast supreme served over sweet potato frites with a grainy Dijon cream reduction.

Herb roasted chicken breast fanned over butternut squash ravioli with Roma tomato coulis, goat and feta cheese, balsamic drizzle and maple glazed pecans.

Char-grilled chicken breast with a bourbon BBQ glaze paired with barbecued spareribs.
