Full Dinner buffet each evening
Buffet features full soup and salad selections including freshly prepared Caesar salad, organic field greens, six prepared salads, garnishes, pickles, cheeses, fresh fruits and fresh baked French baguette.
Our current hot food selections that will be offered through the Christmas season are Roast Prime Rib of Beef, Roast leg of Lamb, Quebec smoked leg of ham, Roast chicken with mushroom, leek and Marsala wine jus, slow roasted barbecued spareribs, a daily fish or seafood item, herb stuffing, rice, potato and fresh stir fry vegetables.
Included is a full selections of desserts that include seasonal squares, fresh baked pies and four cake selections.
Our buffet has many gluten free selections as we do not use any wheat products for our soups or sauces. We also have a selection of gluten free dessets available on request.

in the $13.95 to $25.00 range. We can customize any menu item to suite any dietary restriction.
